Our Beginner’s Programme
At NWK, we have developed our own Beginner’s Programme to meet your needs. You will get a taste of what the workouts are like. We want you to turn up to six of our beginners classes to make the transition into our regular group classes easier for you, so you can have as much fun as possible.
What to expect from our beginner fitness classes:
Warm-Ups − Each session starts with a dynamic warm-up, which helps to prepare the body for the high-intensity exercises to come. The warm-up is a critical component of the CrossFit training programme.
Workout of the Day − Each day of the introduction programme will have its own Workout of the Day (WOD) and unique objective. The exercises involved will be split into different fitness domains, including but not limited to endurance, strength, flexibility and balance. The coach will demonstrate how to carry out each exercise and stipulate how many reps are required.
