Group Fitness Classes
Sometimes, just walking in can be the biggest fear of all.
Here at NWK our group fitness classes are accessible for all level. You’ll join a group of up to 15 like-minded individuals who, like you, have the same goal in mind, to work and improve their physical fitness. We keep our classes small to ensure you always get the attention and support you need from our coaches. If it’s your first time at NWK, start with our Beginners Programme.

Certified Coaching: Within each class, our team of certified coaches will provide you with a workout for the day, demonstrate movements, answer questions, then lead you through the workout, while effectively modifying all exercises and movements to meet your needs and abilities.

Weekly Skill Class: Our weekly skill sessions provide you with the training to constantly achieve new personal bests.

Progress Tracking: Access to a personal online progress tracking app. Here, you can access daily workouts, post your results, meet other members and more.
Here at NWK, we use CrossFit as our main methodology for training. We design high-intensity workouts that differ in time domain, fitness elements and challenge you mentally. The quickest way to explain CrossFit is that we mix cardiovascular exercises with weight training and body weight movements to create a full-body workout.
