  • Consultation: An initial in-person meeting with your personal trainer to discuss your goals, current nutritional and lifestyle habits, and physical capabilities.
  • Programme Design: A programme that is designed to achieve your results in the best possible way. We design extra programming depending on your individual needs.
  • Support & Accountability: Every week, you will be in contact with your coach to discuss your goals and focus points. Not only that, but you will also talk about nutrition and any challenges you might face going forwards.
  • Progress Tracking: Keeping track of your results is vital to success. Building short-term momentum is key. Building you the motivation to see your own progress from the off is important to long-term success.
