Breakfast: the most important meal of the day.

Is it really more important than any other meal? So far there is no research that proves that. Then why should you have breakfast? In my opinion, it’s just a great way to start your day.

There is evidence that people who eat breakfast tend to have healthier lifestyles than people who skip it. The most common excuse we hear from people who skip it is: “there’s no time in the morning”. I would wake up 10 min earlier. Problem solved!

I do understand that it’s not that easy for everyone to do that though. Still no excuse not to have breakfast. No time in the morning? Then prepare it the evening before going to bed.

Here are five of my favourite and super easy to make breakfast options. Bon appetit!
